Last Updated: November 2026
Mastering Open Houses is an educational brand operated by Open Houses USA, LLC. This website, MasteringOpenHouses.com, is owned and operated by Open Houses USA, LLC. In these Terms of Use, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Open Houses USA, LLC, operating as Mastering Open Houses.
1. Website Purpose
Mastering Open Houses provides educational resources, professional development workshops, continuing education courses, and training opportunities focused on open houses and real estate business practices.
Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes.
2. Educational Information and Disclaimer
Our courses and materials are intended to provide practical education and professional development for real estate professionals.
Participation in a course does not guarantee business results, leads, sales, commissions, or any particular outcome.
Unless a course is specifically identified as approved for continuing education credit in a particular jurisdiction, it should not be considered an approved continuing education course. Approval in one state does not imply approval in another.
Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable real estate laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and brokerage policies.
3. Class Registration and Payment
Registration requirements, class dates, times, formats, fees, and other applicable details will be provided with each class listing or registration opportunity.
When online registration and payment are offered:
Registration may require submission of requested participant information.
Payment must be completed as specified during registration.
A registration is not considered confirmed until the applicable registration process is completed.
Payment information will be processed through the payment service identified during checkout. Mastering Open Houses does not intend to store full payment card information on its website.
Additional registration instructions or policies presented during checkout or by the hosting organization may also apply.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Schedule Changes
Registration for a Mastering Open Houses class represents a commitment to attend. Please review your schedule before registering, as class seats are limited.
Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before Class
Students who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund. Alternatively, they may request a transfer to another available class.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Class
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are not eligible for a refund. A transfer to another scheduled class may be considered at the discretion of Mastering Open Houses, subject to availability.
No-Shows
Students who register but do not attend are not eligible for a refund, credit, or automatic transfer to another class. A new registration and payment are required to attend a future class.
Late Arrivals and Early Departures
Partial refunds are not provided for late arrivals or early departures. For Tennessee-approved continuing education courses, students must satisfy all applicable attendance, participation, and completion requirements to receive CE credit. Registration or payment alone does not guarantee CE credit.
Class Cancellations or Schedule Changes by Mastering Open Houses
Mastering Open Houses reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a class when necessary. If we cancel a class, registered students will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to another available session.
If a class schedule is materially changed, registered students will be notified and provided with available options.
Technical Difficulties
Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and compatible equipment. Individual connection or equipment problems do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a technical problem on the part of Mastering Open Houses prevents the class from being delivered, students will be offered a full refund or transfer to another scheduled session.
Brokerage, Association, and Organization-Hosted Classes
For classes hosted by a brokerage, association, or other organization, registration, cancellation, refund, and transfer arrangements may be established separately and handled directly by that organization.
5. Online and In-Person Classes
Classes may be offered online, in person, or through arrangements with brokerages, associations, and other organizations.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the class details and any technology or attendance requirements before registering.
For online classes, participants may be required to use a supported device, internet connection, and designated video conferencing platform.
